EU published amendments on the authorization to place products containing, consisting of, or produced from genetically modified soybean A5547-127 (ACS-GMØØ6-4), on the market, following COMMISSION IMPLEMENTING DECISION (EU) 2023/415. This was published on 22 February 2023.
The authorization for placing on the market the following products is renewed in accordance with the conditions set out in this Decision:
- foods and food ingredients containing, consisting of, or produced from genetically modified soybean ACS-GMØØ6-4;
- feed containing, consisting of, or produced from genetically modified soybean ACS-GMØØ6-4;
- products containing or consisting of genetically modified soybean ACS-GMØØ6-4, for uses other than those provided for in points (1) and (2), except for cultivation.
