South Korea Publishes New Regulation about Recycling Symbols and Packaging Material

The South Korea Ministry of Environment has published the Guideline on Recycling Symbols and Standards of Labeling Quality and the draft regulation on Structure of Packaging Material Grade.

This regulation helps to enhance the recycling regulations in the country. The new regulations mandate the recycling symbol to be clear so that consumers can identify in what recycling bins they will have to dispose of containers and packaging materials.
