According to a notification from the Ministry of Public Health, hemp seed oil and extract can now be legally used in Cosmetic products. The THC level must be less than 0.2% of the total weight.
This regulation only applies to Thai national individuals or companies for now. To protect and expand local varieties, hemp products cannot be imported until 20 Feb 2024.
