Der Gelegenheit<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Eine f\u00fchrende Joghurtmarke erkannte die Notwendigkeit, ihr probiotikareiches Produkt von der Konkurrenz abzuheben. Der Kunde beauftragte RegASK mit der Frage, wie das erste Joghurtprodukt mit einem gesundheitsf\u00f6rdernden Hinweis auf die Verdauung auf der Verpackung hergestellt werden kann.<\/p>\n

Werbeaussagen zu funktionellen Lebensmitteln auf Basis von Probiotika waren auf dem Markt noch nicht reguliert und es gab keine aktiven Bem\u00fchungen, die Vorschriften anzupassen, sodass die vom Kunden gew\u00fcnschten gesundheitsbezogenen Aussagen au\u00dferhalb des Rahmens der Standardoptionen lagen.<\/p>\n

Der Ansatz<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Nachdem RegASK die Notwendigkeit der Entwicklung einer neuen Regelung f\u00fcr probiotische Angaben erkannt hatte, f\u00fchrte das Unternehmen Folgendes durch:<\/p>\n

1. Zusammenarbeit mit wissenschaftlichen und regulatorischen Experten vor Ort, um die Beh\u00f6rdenmitarbeiter \u00fcber die wissenschaftlichen Vorteile der Kundenforschung zu informieren.

Der Ergebnis<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Der Kunde war der erste Joghurthersteller mit einem gesundheitsbezogenen Hinweis auf der Verpackung, der besagte, dass der Verzehr innerhalb eines bestimmten Zeitraums \u201ezur Verbesserung des Transportsystems beitr\u00e4gt\u201c. Die \u201eZutrittsbarriere\u201c gew\u00e4hrte dem Kunden von RegASK die exklusive Nutzung des Hinweises; die Vorschriften erfordern klinische Tests am Endprodukt, um den Hinweis auf der Verpackung wirksam einsetzen zu k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n
