Die Informationen m\u00fcssen jedoch f\u00fcr den Verbraucher leicht verst\u00e4ndlich und leicht auffindbar sein. Zu den neuen Anforderungen geh\u00f6ren die Angabe in einem bestimmten Format und an bestimmten Stellen auf Lebensmitteletiketten sowie die Verwendung einfacher, verst\u00e4ndlicher englischer Begriffe.<\/p>\n<p>Die Allergene m\u00fcssen in spezifischen Begriffen (Pflichtangaben), in Zutatenlisten (fettgedruckt) und in einer Zusammenfassung deklariert werden.
