April 2021 tritt die zweite Phase der \u00c4nderung der offiziellen mexikanischen Norm (NOM-051) in Kraft. Um Rechts- und Betriebssicherheit zu gew\u00e4hrleisten, haben die Beh\u00f6rden einen Zeitraum vom 1. April bis zum 31. Mai 2021 festgelegt, in dem Produkte, die den Bestimmungen der ersten Phase entsprechen, und identische Produkte, die den Bestimmungen der zweiten Phase entsprechen, nebeneinander in den Regalen angeboten werden d\u00fcrfen.<\/p>\n<p>NOM-051 gilt als eine der strengsten Kennzeichnungsvorschriften f\u00fcr vorverpackte Lebensmittel und alkoholfreie Getr\u00e4nke weltweit.
