Diese Anordnungen sind f\u00fcr ausl\u00e4ndische Hersteller, die Lebensmittel nach China exportieren m\u00f6chten, von gro\u00dfer Bedeutung. Diese beiden Verordnungen treten am 1. Januar 2022 in Kraft.<\/p>\n<p>Die Verordnung Nr. 248 schreibt vor, dass alle ausl\u00e4ndischen Produktionsunternehmen, die Lebensmittel importieren, registriert sein m\u00fcssen. Bestimmte Lebensmittelhersteller m\u00fcssen von ihren nationalen (regionalen) Beh\u00f6rden der GACC zur Registrierung empfohlen werden.
