Die niederl\u00e4ndische Beh\u00f6rde f\u00fcr Lebensmittel- und Verbraucherproduktsicherheit<\/a> Die NVWA (Nutrition and Health Claims Handbook) hat das \u201eHandbuch zu N\u00e4hrwert- und Gesundheitsaussagen\u201c ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Das Handbuch erl\u00e4utert die Unterschiede zwischen n\u00e4hrwert- und gesundheitsbezogenen Angaben. Es betont au\u00dferdem die folgenden Elemente:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Unter Einhaltung der Vorschriften zu gesundheitsbezogenen Angaben darf der Begriff \u201eProbiotikum\u201c auf den Etiketten von Lebensmitteln und Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungsmitteln im Land verwendet werden, bis die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission (EK) eine Stellungnahme hierzu abgibt.
