Am 4. Juni 2021 fand die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission<\/a> erlie\u00df die Verordnung (EU) Nr. 2021\/900 zur \u00c4nderung der Verwendungsbedingungen des neuartigen Lebensmittels \u201eGalactooligosaccharid\u201c gem\u00e4\u00df der Verordnung (EU) 2015\/2283 des Europ\u00e4ischen Parlaments und des Rates und zur \u00c4nderung der Durchf\u00fchrungsverordnung (EU) 2017\/2470 der Kommission.<\/p>\n

Die wichtigsten \u00c4nderungen sind:<\/p>\n

(1) Der Eintrag in der Unionsliste zugelassener neuartiger Lebensmittel gem\u00e4\u00df Artikel 6 der Verordnung (EU) 2015\/2283, die im Anhang der Durchf\u00fchrungsverordnung (EU) 2017\/2470 enthalten ist und sich auf das neuartige Lebensmittel Galactooligosaccharid bezieht, wird gem\u00e4\u00df dem Anhang der vorliegenden Verordnung ge\u00e4ndert.<\/p>\n

(2) Der Eintrag in der Unionsliste gem\u00e4\u00df Absatz 1 muss die im Anhang dieser Verordnung festgelegten Verwendungsbedingungen und Kennzeichnungsanforderungen enthalten.<\/p>\n

Diese Verordnung tritt am zwanzigsten Tag nach ihrer Ver\u00f6ffentlichung im Amtsblatt der Europ\u00e4ischen Union in Kraft.<\/p>\n
