Juni 2021 <a href=\"http:\/\/english.nmpa.gov.cn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nationale Medizinproduktebeh\u00f6rde<\/a> (NMPA) ver\u00f6ffentlichte den \u201eEntwurf einer Verordnung zur \u00dcberwachung von Kinderkosmetik\u201c, der Kennzeichnungsanforderungen und Formelprinzipien f\u00fcr Kosmetikprodukte f\u00fcr Kinder unter 12 Jahren festlegte.<\/p>\n<p>Die wichtigsten Punkte der Verordnung sind folgende:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bei Kinderkosmetik sollte die Anzahl der verwendeten Rohstoffe, insbesondere Duft-, Farbstoffe, Konservierungsstoffe und Tenside, reduziert werden.<\/li>\n<li>Rohstoffe zum Zwecke der Sommersprossenaufhellung, Aknebehandlung, Haarentfernung, Desodorierung, Antischuppenbehandlung, Bek\u00e4mpfung von Haarausfall, Haarf\u00e4rbung und Dauerwelle sind nicht zul\u00e4ssig.<\/li>\n<li>Es sollten nur Rohstoffe ausgew\u00e4hlt werden, deren Verwendung nachweislich sicher ist. Rohstoffe, die sich noch in der \u00dcberwachungsphase befinden oder bei denen die Sicherheit von Kindern unklar ist, sollten nicht verwendet werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die Frist f\u00fcr \u00f6ffentliche Kommentare\/Konsultationen ist der 31.
