AESAN schloss daraus, dass man mit der Lebensmittelindustrie zusammenarbeiten m\u00f6chte, um Verbraucherinformationen bereitzustellen und diese in die Kennzeichnung von Energydrinks aufzunehmen. Diese Kennzeichnung sollte alle Wirkstoffe und deren Zusammensetzung angeben, damit Verbraucher bei der Wahl eines Energydrinks fundierte Entscheidungen treffen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n<p>Der Bericht stellte au\u00dferdem fest, dass AESAN eine st\u00e4rkere Kontrolle der Werbung f\u00fcr diese Produkte, insbesondere bei anf\u00e4lligen Bev\u00f6lkerungsgruppen, anstrebt. Der Bericht beschreibt detailliert die gesundheitlichen Auswirkungen und Bedenken des Konsums von Energydrinks und kommt zu dem Schluss, dass die Auswirkungen bestimmter Inhaltsstoffe in der wissenschaftlichen Literatur gut belegt sind und unter anderem zu verminderter Schlafqualit\u00e4t, Koffeinempfindlichkeit, Nervosit\u00e4t, Reizbarkeit und Angstzust\u00e4nden bei regelm\u00e4\u00dfigen Konsumenten f\u00fchren k\u00f6nnen.
