B. Hautpflegeprodukten, Haarpflegeprodukten, Mundpflegeprodukten und mehr. Sie enth\u00e4lt Definitionen, grundlegende Richtlinien und Beispiele f\u00fcr unzul\u00e4ssige Werbeaussagen.<\/p>\n<p>Die wichtigsten Aktualisierungen des Gesetzesentwurfs sind die folgenden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Die Angabe \u201eDesinfektion\u201c oder \u201edesinfizierende Wirkung\u201c als Nebenaussage ist bei kosmetischen Mitteln nicht zul\u00e4ssig.<\/li>\n<li>Ein Produkt, das als antiseptisches und antibakterielles Produkt zur Behandlung oder Vorbeugung von Infektionen und Hautl\u00e4sionen angepriesen wird, gilt aufgrund seiner Pr\u00e4sentation wahrscheinlich als Arzneimittel.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Frist f\u00fcr Stellungnahmen zum Gesetzesentwurf ist bis <strong>7.
