Der EFSA<\/a> Die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission hat am 30. Juni 2021 eine Ausschreibung zur Einreichung von Daten zur Genotoxizit\u00e4t bestimmter S\u00fc\u00dfstoffe gestartet. Gem\u00e4\u00df Artikel 32 Absatz 1 der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1333\/2008 m\u00fcssen Lebensmittelzusatzstoffe, die vor dem 20. Januar 2009 in der Europ\u00e4ischen Union zugelassen waren, von der Europ\u00e4ischen Beh\u00f6rde f\u00fcr Lebensmittelsicherheit (EFSA) neu bewertet werden. Das Programm f\u00fcr diese Neubewertung wurde durch die Verordnung (EU) Nr. 257\/2010 der Kommission festgelegt. Die EFSA ist daher verpflichtet, zugelassene Lebensmittelzusatzstoffe systematisch zu \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen und wissenschaftliche Gutachten zu diesen Lebensmittelzusatzstoffen gem\u00e4\u00df den in der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 257\/2010 festgelegten Priorit\u00e4ten zu erstellen.<\/p>\n

Der Zweck dieses Aufrufs der EFSA besteht darin, Interessengruppen die M\u00f6glichkeit zu bieten, dokumentierte Informationen einzureichen, die f\u00fcr die Neubewertung von Acesulfam K (E 950), Aspartam-Acesulfamsalz (E 962), Isomalt (E 953), Sucralose (E 955), Neohesperidin DC (E 959), Neotam (E 961), Lactitol (E 966), Xylitol (E 967) und Cyclamaten (E 952 i, ii, iii) relevant sind.<\/p>\n
