Juli 2021 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efsa.europa.eu\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Die EFSA<\/a> Das Gremium f\u00fcr Ern\u00e4hrung, neuartige Lebensmittel und Lebensmittelallergene (NDA) hat sein von der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission angefordertes wissenschaftliches Gutachten zu Calciumfructoborat als neuartiges Lebensmittel gem\u00e4\u00df der Verordnung (EU) 2015\/2283 ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/p>\n<p>Das neuartige Lebensmittel wird durch chemische Synthese hergestellt und enth\u00e4lt maximal 2,9% Bor, durchschnittlich 4,7% Calcium und 84,2% Fructose. Das neuartige Lebensmittel ist zur Verwendung und Vermarktung als Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungsmittel vorgesehen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Bewertung ergab unter Bedingungen, die die gastrointestinale Umgebung nachahmen, dass Calciumfructoborat im Darm vollst\u00e4ndig hydrolysiert wurde. Das Gremium erachtete auch die Bortoxizit\u00e4t als f\u00fcr seine Sicherheitsbewertung relevant.
