Juli 2021 zur \u00c4nderung des Anhangs II der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1333\/2008 des Europ\u00e4ischen Parlaments und des Rates sowie des Anhangs der Verordnung (EU) Nr. 231\/2012 der Kommission hinsichtlich Steviolglycosiden (E 960) und Rebaudiosid M, hergestellt durch enzymatische Modifikation von Steviolglycosiden aus Stevia, wurde ebenfalls im Amtsblatt der EU ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/p>\n<p>Diese Verordnung erlaubt die Verwendung von enzymatisch hergestelltem Rebaudiosid M (E 960c) als S\u00fc\u00dfungsmittel in Lebensmitteln, in denen Steviolglycoside derzeit auch gem\u00e4\u00df Anhang II der Lebensmittelzusatzstoffverordnung (EG) Nr. 133\/2003 zugelassen sind. Die Verordnung \u00e4ndert au\u00dferdem den Begriff \u201eSteviolglycoside\u201c (E 960) in \u201eSteviolglycoside aus Stevia\u201c (E 960a) und nimmt eine neue Gruppe von Steviolglycosiden auf, die beide Stoffe umfasst.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00c4nderungen der Verordnung werden <strong>treten am 3. August 2021 in Kraft<\/strong>F\u00fcr Lebensmittel, die Steviolglycoside (E 960) enthalten und gekennzeichnet und in Verkehr gebracht werden <strong>bis 3. Februar 2023<\/strong> d\u00fcrfen nach der geltenden Verordnung vermarktet werden, bis die Lebensmittelvorr\u00e4te ersch\u00f6pft sind. <a href=\"https:\/\/regask.com\/de\/kontakt\/\"
