{"id":2944,"date":"2021-08-24T15:47:49","date_gmt":"2021-08-24T07:47:49","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regask.com\/?p=2944"},"modified":"2024-11-16T05:18:23","modified_gmt":"2024-11-15T21:18:23","slug":"eu-kosmetik-nanomaterialien-uberprufung","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regask.com\/de\/eu-cosmetics-nanomaterials-review\/","title":{"rendered":"EU ver\u00f6ffentlicht \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung der Kosmetikverordnung hinsichtlich N\u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Der <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/index_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Europ\u00e4ische Kommission<\/a> (EK) hat einen Bericht \u00fcber die Verwendung von Nanomaterialien in Kosmetika und eine \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung des Kosmetik-Regulierungsrahmens ver\u00f6ffentlicht und dem Europ\u00e4ischen Parlament vorgelegt.<\/p>\n<p>Die wichtigsten Ergebnisse des Berichts lauten wie folgt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Jeden Tag werden in der EU etwa 10 neue derartige Kosmetikprodukte auf den Markt gebracht; dies stellt nur einen kleinen Bruchteil (zwischen 1,21 und 1,51 TP18T) der Gesamtzahl neuer Produkte dar.<\/li>\n<li>Die h\u00e4ufigsten Produktkategorien, die mit Kosmetika in Verbindung gebracht werden, die Nanomaterialien enthalten, sind: Sonnenschutz, Nagellack\/Nagel-Make-up, oxidative Haarpflege, Grundierung und Lippenpflegeprodukte sowie Lippenstift.<\/li>\n<li>Die meisten EU-B\u00fcrger halten es f\u00fcr wichtig, \u00fcber das Vorhandensein von Nanomaterialien in den Endprodukten, die sie kaufen, informiert zu werden. Eine digitale Kennzeichnung k\u00f6nnte als Erg\u00e4nzung und weitere Verbesserung der Kennzeichnung von Nanomaterialien in Kosmetikprodukten in Betracht gezogen werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Der Bericht erw\u00e4hnte auch, dass die Angleichung der Nanomaterialdefinition der Kosmetikverordnung an eine horizontale Definition die Koh\u00e4renz der Gesetzgebung erh\u00f6hen k\u00f6nnte, jedoch gr\u00fcndlich gepr\u00fcft werden sollte, um die potenziellen Auswirkungen zu bewerten.
