August 2021 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.efsa.europa.eu\/en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EFSA<\/a> hat seine Leitlinien zu den technischen Anforderungen an regulierte Lebensmittel- und Futtermittelanwendungen ver\u00f6ffentlicht, um das Vorhandensein kleiner Partikel, einschlie\u00dflich Nanopartikel, festzustellen.<\/p>\n<p>Die Leitlinien definieren die Kriterien f\u00fcr die Bewertung des Vorhandenseins eines Anteils kleiner Partikel und legen Informationsanforderungen f\u00fcr Anwendungen in den regulierten Bereichen der Lebensmittel- und Futtermittelprodukte fest (z. B. neuartige Lebensmittel, Lebensmittel-\/Futtermittelzus\u00e4tze, Lebensmittelkontaktmaterialien und Pestizide).<\/p>\n<p>Nanopartikel und Lebensmittelrohstoffe auf Nanoebene stellen derzeit einen der Schwerpunkte der Forschung zu neuartigen Lebensmittelrohstoffen dar. Dazu z\u00e4hlen vor allem biologische Makromolek\u00fcle wie Proteine oder Enzyme sowie andere biologische Materialien unbekannter Herkunft.<\/p>\n<p>Derzeit gibt es nur wenige Vorschriften f\u00fcr die Sicherheitsbewertung von Lebensmittelrohstoffen auf Nanoebene.
