Am 2. September FDA<\/a> hat einen neuen blauen Farbstoff aus Schmetterlingserbsenbl\u00fcten zugelassen. Die wichtigsten Farbstoffe im Schmetterlingserbsenbl\u00fctenextrakt sind Anthocyane, haupts\u00e4chlich Delphinidin-Derivate. Der Extrakt enth\u00e4lt au\u00dferdem Flavonole, haupts\u00e4chlich Quercetin und Kaempferol-Derivate, als Nebenbestandteile.<\/p>\n

Es darf nun zum F\u00e4rben von alkoholischen Getr\u00e4nken, Sport- und Energiegetr\u00e4nken, aromatisiertem oder kohlens\u00e4urehaltigem Wasser, Fruchtgetr\u00e4nken, Kaugummi, Tee, Eiscreme usw. verwendet werden.<\/p>\n

Die weltweit verwendeten nat\u00fcrlichen blauen Farbstoffe stammen haupts\u00e4chlich aus folgenden Quellen: Spirulina-Extrakt, Gardenienblau, Schmetterlingserbsenbl\u00fctenextrakt, Galdieria sulphuraria und Huito-Frucht. Von diesen sind nur Spirulina-Extrakt (2013) und Schmetterlingserbsenbl\u00fctenextrakt (2021) von der FDA f\u00fcr die Verwendung in Lebensmitteln und Getr\u00e4nken auf dem US-Markt zugelassen.<\/p>\n
