Am 7. September 2021 wurde ein \u00c4nderungsprojekt zum offiziellen mexikanischen Standard PROY-NOM-181-SCFI\/SAGARPA-2018 gestartet. Joghurt-Bezeichnung, Spezifikationen physikochemisch und mikrobiologisch, kommerzielle Informationen und Testmethoden<\/strong>wurde im Amtsblatt ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Ziel dieses \u00c4nderungsprojekts ist die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung und Aktualisierung der folgenden Abschnitte bzw. Daten des amtlichen mexikanischen Standards vom 31. Januar 2019:<\/p>\n

- Umfang.
\n\u2013 Begriffe und Definitionen.
\n\u2013 Produktklassifizierung.
\n\u2013 Physikalisch-chemische Spezifikationen.
\n\u2013 Erlaubte und optionale Zutaten.
\n\u2013 Kennzeichnungsvorschriften.
\n\u2013 Verwendung von Bildern auf dem Etikett.
\n\u2013 Bei Nachahmerprodukten sind Handelsinformationen erforderlich.
\n\u2013 Allgemeine Aspekte des Konformit\u00e4tsbewertungsverfahrens.
\n\u2013 Beh\u00f6rden, die die \u00dcberpr\u00fcfung oder \u00dcberwachung der Einhaltung durchf\u00fchren.
