September 2021 wurde die <a href=\"http:\/\/en.nhc.gov.cn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nationale Gesundheitskommission der Volksrepublik China<\/a> ver\u00f6ffentlicht GB 28050 Entwurf Nationaler Standard \u201e<strong>Allgemeine Grunds\u00e4tze zur N\u00e4hrwertkennzeichnung vorverpackter Lebensmittel<\/strong>\u201c zur \u00f6ffentlichen Konsultation.<\/p>\n<p>Der Normentwurf gilt f\u00fcr allgemeine vorverpackte Lebensmittel und schlie\u00dft Spezialnahrung wie S\u00e4uglingsanfangsnahrung, Lebensmittel f\u00fcr besondere medizinische Zwecke und Reformkost aus. Kurz gesagt werden \u00c4nderungen am Format der N\u00e4hrwertkennzeichnung vorgeschlagen, darunter die Hinzuf\u00fcgung einer Angabe \u201epro Portion\u201c, die Angabe des Gehalts an ges\u00e4ttigten Fetts\u00e4uren und Zucker als obligatorische Kennzeichnungselemente sowie ein obligatorischer Warnhinweis f\u00fcr Kinder und Jugendliche bei Lebensmitteln mit hohem Salz-, Fett- und Zuckergehalt. Die Norm enth\u00e4lt au\u00dferdem Definitionen von Makron\u00e4hrstoffen, N\u00e4hrstoffbezugswerte (NRVs), Rundungsregeln und Kriterien f\u00fcr N\u00e4hrwertangaben und N\u00e4hrstofffunktionsangaben f\u00fcr Makron\u00e4hrstoffe, Vitamine und Mineralstoffe.<\/p>\n<p>Die N\u00e4hrwertkennzeichnung ist obligatorisch und wird in der gesamten Lieferkette von der Einfuhr bis zur Markt\u00fcberwachung streng kontrolliert.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00dcbergangsfrist f\u00fcr die Branche und das Datum der Umsetzung dieses Standards wurden noch nicht bekannt gegeben.
