Oktober 2021 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nmpa.gov.cn\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Nationale Medizinproduktebeh\u00f6rde<\/a> (NMPA) hat die \u201eVorschriften zur \u00dcberwachung von Kinderkosmetik\u201c ver\u00f6ffentlicht, die eine gesetzliche Definition dessen enthalten, was als Kinderkosmetik gilt, sowie Kennzeichnungsanforderungen und Formelprinzipien f\u00fcr Kosmetikprodukte f\u00fcr Kinder unter 12 Jahren.<\/p>\n<p>Wesentliche Punkte der Verordnung sind:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Neben den Kennzeichnungsvorschriften treten weitere Teile der Verordnung am 1. Januar 2022 in Kraft.<\/li>\n<li>Ab dem 1. Mai 2022 m\u00fcssen Kinderkosmetika zur Registrierung oder Anmeldung gem\u00e4\u00df den Vorschriften gekennzeichnet werden.<\/li>\n<li>Bei Kinderkosmetikprodukten, f\u00fcr die bereits eine Registrierung oder Anmeldung beantragt wurde, die aber nicht gem\u00e4\u00df der Verordnung gekennzeichnet sind, m\u00fcssen der Kosmetikregistrant und die anmeldende Person die Aktualisierung des Produktetiketts vor dem 1.
