{"id":3006,"date":"2021-10-21T15:53:32","date_gmt":"2021-10-21T07:53:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/regask.com\/?p=3006"},"modified":"2024-10-04T03:30:34","modified_gmt":"2024-10-03T19:30:34","slug":"usda-liste-organischer-substanzen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/regask.com\/de\/usda-organic-substance-list\/","title":{"rendered":"USDA: Nationale Liste erlaubter und verbotener Substanzen \u2026"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Der <a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalregister.gov\/agencies\/agricultural-marketing-service\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Agricultural Marketing Service des US-Landwirtschaftsministeriums<\/a> schl\u00e4gt \u00c4nderungen der Nationalen Liste der erlaubten und verbotenen Substanzen (Nationale Liste) der Bio-Verordnung des USDA vor, um Empfehlungen umzusetzen, die das National Organic Standards Board (NOSB) dem Landwirtschaftsminister (Minister) vorgelegt hat. Diese Regelung sieht die Streichung mehrerer Substanzen aus der Nationalen Liste vor, die derzeit f\u00fcr verschiedene Anwendungen im \u00f6kologischen Pflanzenbau, in der Tierhaltung und bei der Herstellung verarbeiteter Produkte zugelassen sind.<\/p>\n<p>Auf Grundlage der zum Abschluss des Sunset-Review-Prozesses des NOSB vorgelegten Empfehlungen schl\u00e4gt AMS vor, die nationale Liste durch die Entfernung der folgenden synthetischen Substanzen zu \u00e4ndern, die derzeit im \u00f6kologischen Pflanzenbau und in der Tierproduktion zugelassen sind (7 CFR 205.601 und 205.603):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Saccharoseoctanoatester (Pflanzenproduktion)<\/li>\n<li>Vitamin B1 (Pflanzenproduktion)<\/li>\n<li>Oxytocin (Tierproduktion)<\/li>\n<li>Procain (Tierproduktion)<\/li>\n<li>Saccharoseoctanoat-Ester (Tierproduktion)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus schl\u00e4gt AMS vor, die nationale Liste zu \u00e4ndern und die folgenden nicht-biologischen Inhaltsstoffe zu entfernen, die derzeit in der biologischen Verarbeitung zugelassen sind (\u00a7\u00a7 205.605 und 205.606):<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Algins\u00e4ure<\/li>\n<li>Farben (Farbe f\u00fcr schwarzen Johannisbeersaft, Farbe f\u00fcr Heidelbeersaft, Farbe f\u00fcr Karottensaft, Farbe f\u00fcr Kirschsaft, Farbe f\u00fcr Traubensaft, Farbe f\u00fcr Paprika, Farbe f\u00fcr K\u00fcrbissaft, Farbe f\u00fcr Kurkumaextrakt)<\/li>\n<li>Seetang<\/li>\n<li>Konjakmehl<\/li>\n<li>S\u00fc\u00dfkartoffelst\u00e4rke<\/li>\n<li>T\u00fcrkische Lorbeerbl\u00e4tter<\/li>\n<li>Molkenproteinkonzentrat<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Frist f\u00fcr Kommentare: am oder vor <strong>25.
