Januar 2022 in Kraft tritt. Sie regelt den Inhaltsstoff Dihydroxyaceton wie folgt, je nach Art des Endprodukts:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Haarf\u00e4rbemittel in nichtoxidativen Haarf\u00e4rbemitteln: Maximale Konzentration von 6,25% in der gebrauchsfertigen Zubereitung<\/li>\n<li>Selbstbr\u00e4unungsprodukte: Maximale Konzentration von 10% in der gebrauchsfertigen Zubereitung<\/li>\n<li>Andere Produkte: Dihydroxyaceton ist faktisch verboten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>F\u00fcr das Inkrafttreten solcher Beschr\u00e4nkungen f\u00fcr Dihydroxyaceton wird ein kurzer \u00dcbergang bereitgestellt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ab dem 26. Januar 2022 d\u00fcrfen Produkte, die diese Beschr\u00e4nkungen nicht einhalten, nicht mehr auf dem EU-Markt in Verkehr gebracht werden.<\/li>\n<li>Ab dem 22. April 2022 d\u00fcrfen Produkte, die diese Beschr\u00e4nkungen nicht einhalten, nicht mehr auf dem EU-Markt angeboten werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die EG-Verordnung 2021\/1099 geht auf die Schlussfolgerungen der Stellungnahme SCCS (Wissenschaftlicher Ausschuss f\u00fcr Verbrauchersicherheit) SCCS\/1612\/19 zur\u00fcck, die am 3. und 4.
