Die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission hat die Verordnung (EU) 2021\/1902 zur \u00c4nderung der Anh\u00e4nge der Kosmetikverordnung 1223\/2009 ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Diese Verordnung verbietet die Verwendung von 23 Stoffen in kosmetischen Mitteln in der EU, da sie als CMR (krebserregend, erbgutver\u00e4ndernd, reproduktionstoxisch) eingestuft wurden.<\/p>\n

Diese Verordnung gilt f\u00fcr die Stoffe, die durch die Delegierte Verordnung (EU) 2020\/1182, die die CLP-Verordnung 1272\/2008 \u00e4ndert, als CMR-Stoffe eingestuft wurden.<\/p>\n

Das bemerkenswerteste Verbot dieser Verordnung betrifft Zinkpyrithion, einen g\u00e4ngigen Antischuppenmittelbestandteil. Auch wenn der Wissenschaftliche Ausschuss f\u00fcr Verbrauchersicherheit (SCCS) im M\u00e4rz 2021 eine Stellungnahme ver\u00f6ffentlichte, in der er den Einsatz in Kosmetika als sicher einstufte, ist die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission der Ansicht, dass es geeignete Alternativen f\u00fcr diesen Inhaltsstoff gibt und es daher keinen Grund gibt, sein Verbot zu verhindern.<\/p>\n

Wie bereits durch die Delegierte Verordnung (EU) 2020\/1182 festgelegt, gilt das Verbot der 23 CMR-Inhaltsstoffe, darunter Zinkpyrithion, tritt am 1. M\u00e4rz 2022 in Kraft<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
