Bei dem Ziel der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission, die EU-Kosmetikverordnung 1223\/2009 grundlegend zu \u00fcberarbeiten, sind bald Fortschritte zu erwarten.<\/p>\n

Diese \u00dcberarbeitung ergibt sich aus der Notwendigkeit, die Struktur der Kosmetikverordnung an die EU-Chemikalienstrategie f\u00fcr Nachhaltigkeit (CSS) anzupassen. Diese globale Initiative zielt auf eine Umgestaltung der EU-Chemikalienregulierung ab und wird sich auf viele Branchen auswirken. Die CSS ist eine der S\u00e4ulen des EU Green Deal, einer ehrgeizigen Politik auf Gemeinschaftsebene zur Verbesserung der Nachhaltigkeit in der EU.<\/p>\n

Im Oktober 2021 erhielt die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission Feedback zum zuvor ver\u00f6ffentlichten Fahrplan f\u00fcr die \u00dcberarbeitung der Kosmetikverordnung. Der n\u00e4chste Schritt, der f\u00fcr das vierte Quartal 2021 erwartet wird, ist die Er\u00f6ffnung einer \u00f6ffentlichen Konsultation zur \u00dcberarbeitung der Verordnung selbst, damit die relevanten Interessengruppen ihre Kommentare an die Regulierungsbeh\u00f6rde \u00fcbermitteln k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n
