November 2021 fand die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.samr.gov.cn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Staatliche Verwaltung f\u00fcr Marktregulierung der Volksrepublik China<\/a> Die \u201eMa\u00dfnahmen zur Verwaltung von Internetwerbung\u201c wurden ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Diese pr\u00e4zisieren die Anforderungen f\u00fcr die Ver\u00f6ffentlichung von Internetwerbung in China.<\/p>\n<p>In der Verordnung wird Folgendes hervorgehoben:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bei Produkten oder Dienstleistungen, die f\u00fcr Arzneimittel, S\u00e4uglingsnahrung f\u00fcr besondere medizinische Zwecke, Medizinprodukte, Pestizide, Tierarzneimittel und Reformkost relevant sind, m\u00fcssen die Anzeigen vor der Ver\u00f6ffentlichung von der Werbepr\u00fcfungsagentur gepr\u00fcft werden.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn der Inhalt einer gepr\u00fcften und bestandenen Anzeige ge\u00e4ndert werden muss, muss eine erneute Anzeigenpr\u00fcfung beantragt werden.<\/li>\n<li>Auf an Minderj\u00e4hrige gerichtete Medien aus dem Internet darf keine Werbung f\u00fcr medizinische Behandlungen, Medikamente, Reformkost, medizinische Ger\u00e4te, Kosmetika, Alkohol und Sch\u00f6nheitsprodukte geschaltet werden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Die \u00f6ffentliche Konsultation l\u00e4uft bis zum 25.
