Dezember 2021 war das Datum, an dem die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.asai.ie\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Werbestandardsbeh\u00f6rde f\u00fcr Irland<\/a> (ASAI) wird seine neuen Regeln und Richtlinien zur Werbung und Vermarktung von \u201eLebensmittel- und Getr\u00e4nkeprodukten mit hohem Fett-, Salz- und Zuckergehalt (HFSS) an Kinder\u201c in Kraft setzen.<\/p>\n<p>Die neuen Regeln sind Teil eines bestehenden ASAI-Kodex, der sich an Kinder unter 15 Jahren richtet und \u00fcber verschiedene Medienkan\u00e4le verbreitet wird. Nachfolgend finden Sie eine Zusammenfassung der neuen Beschr\u00e4nkungen und ihrer Auswirkungen auf die Vermarktung und Werbung f\u00fcr HFSS-Lebensmittel und -Getr\u00e4nke in Irland:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>HFSS-Produkte d\u00fcrfen nicht in Medienkan\u00e4len platziert werden, die sich an Kinder richten oder bei denen 50% des Publikums Kinder sind.<\/li>\n<li>Auch Orte, die haupts\u00e4chlich von Kindern genutzt werden, wie etwa Kinderg\u00e4rten, Schulen usw., sollten frei von jeglicher Form von Marketingkommunikation f\u00fcr HFSS-Produkte gehalten werden.<\/li>\n<li>Wenn Marketingkommunikation f\u00fcr HFSS-Produkte zul\u00e4ssig ist, dann unterliegt sie den medienspezifischen Platzierungsregeln, einschlie\u00dflich H\u00f6chstgrenzen f\u00fcr \u201ejedes Medium\u201c, wie Kino, Printmedien und digitale\/soziale Medien, wobei nur 25% der gesamten Werbefl\u00e4che f\u00fcr HFSS-Produkte reserviert werden d\u00fcrfen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sowohl Gro\u00dfbritannien als auch Irland haben inzwischen Beschr\u00e4nkungen f\u00fcr die Vermarktung und Werbung dieser Lebensmittel und Getr\u00e4nke mit hohem Alkoholgehalt (HFSS) erlassen.
