Dezember <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.br\/anvisa\/pt-br\/english\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ANVISA<\/a> im Amtsblatt ver\u00f6ffentlichter Beschluss RDC Nr. 588\/2021, der die Verwendung von Lebensmittelzusatzstoffen und Verarbeitungshilfsstoffen in mehreren Lebensmittelkategorien genehmigt.<\/p>\n<p>Zu den von dieser Aktualisierung betroffenen Lebensmittelkategorien geh\u00f6ren die folgenden:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Kaugummi: Es ver\u00e4ndert Hinweise zur Verwendung von Steviolglycosiden.<\/li>\n<li>Obst- und Gem\u00fcseprodukte: Es werden 7 neue Lebensmittelzusatzstoffe (mehrere Funktionsklassen) mit den entsprechenden H\u00f6chstmengen zugelassen.<\/li>\n<li>Milchmischung mit pflanzlichen und\/oder tierischen \u00d6len oder Fetten: Sie enth\u00e4lt Natriumascorbat (INS 301) als Antioxidans in einem Quantum-Satis-Niveau.<\/li>\n<li>Zucker: Es werden zwei neue Verarbeitungshilfsmittel zugelassen.<\/li>\n<li>S\u00fc\u00dfwaren, Bonbons, Schokolade und \u00e4hnliche S\u00fc\u00dfigkeiten.<\/li>\n<li>Getreide und Getreideprodukte.<\/li>\n<li>Lebensmittel und Getr\u00e4nke zur Gewichtskontrolle, Lebensmittel und Getr\u00e4nke f\u00fcr Di\u00e4ten mit kontrollierter Zuckeraufnahme, Lebensmittel und Getr\u00e4nke f\u00fcr Di\u00e4ten mit eingeschr\u00e4nkter Zuckeraufnahme und Lebensmittel mit teilweisem Zuckerersatz: Hinweise zur Verwendung von Steviolglycosiden (INS 960) wurden ge\u00e4ndert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus werden Calciumcarbonat (INS 170i) und Natriumbicarbonat (INS 500ii) zus\u00e4tzlich zu den in der harmonisierten Verordnung des MERCOSUR festgelegten Funktionsklassen in die Liste der gem\u00e4\u00df GMP zu verwendenden Lebensmittelzusatzstoffe aufgenommen.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Diese \u00c4nderungen treten am 3.
