Januar 2022 in Kraft getreten. Der TGAC legt die Anforderungen f\u00fcr die Werbung f\u00fcr therapeutische Produkte in der \u00d6ffentlichkeit fest. Die neue Version ersetzt die Version (02) 2018 mit einer \u00dcbergangsfrist von sechs Monaten. <strong>endet am 30. Juni 2022.<\/strong> W\u00e4hrend der \u00dcbergangsphase k\u00f6nnen Sponsoren (MA-Inhaber) entweder die Version von 2022 oder die von 2018 einhalten.<\/p>\n<p>Das neue TGAC enth\u00e4lt eine Reihe von Verbesserungen, darunter:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Vereinfachung der Sprache und Struktur des Kodex, um die Lesbarkeit zu verbessern, die Komplexit\u00e4t zu reduzieren und somit die allgemeine Compliance zu erh\u00f6hen<\/li>\n<li>\u00dcberarbeitung und Vereinfachung der obligatorischen Angaben in der Werbung f\u00fcr Heilmittel<\/li>\n<li>Pr\u00e4zisierung der Anforderungen an Erfahrungsberichte und Empfehlungen zu Heilmitteln<\/li>\n<li>Erweiterung der Arten von therapeutischen G\u00fctern, die als Proben angeboten werden k\u00f6nnen.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Unter der angegebenen URL ist eine Erl\u00e4uterung verf\u00fcgbar.
