Dezember 2021<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nmpa.gov.cn\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">\u00a0Nationale Medizinproduktebeh\u00f6rde<\/a> Die NMPA gab bekannt, dass ab <strong>1. Januar 2022<\/strong>, Die elektronische Registrierungsbescheinigung f\u00fcr Kosmetika wird versuchsweise eingef\u00fchrt.<\/p>\n<p>Die NMPA hebt folgende wichtige Punkte hervor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ab dem 1. Januar 2022 werden elektronische Registrierungszertifikate f\u00fcr Spezialkosmetika und neue kosmetische Rohstoffe ausgestellt, deren Registrierung gem\u00e4\u00df den \u201cVerwaltungsma\u00dfnahmen f\u00fcr die Registrierung von Kosmetika\u201d genehmigt wurde.<\/li>\n<li>Ab dem 1. Mai 2022 werden spezielle Kosmetikregistrierungszertifikate f\u00fcr genehmigte Renovierungen oder \u00c4nderungen in elektronischer Form ausgestellt.<\/li>\n<li>Elektronische und gedruckte Registrierungszertifikate sind rechtlich gleichwertig. Das elektronische Zertifikat bietet jedoch den Vorteil der sofortigen Zustellung sowie von SMS-Erinnerungen, Zertifikatsautorisierung, Scan-Code-Verifizierung, Online-Verifizierung und netzwerkweiter Weitergabe. Der Registrant ist verpflichtet, das elektronische Registrierungszertifikat ordnungsgem\u00e4\u00df zu verwenden und aufzubewahren. H\u00e4ufig gestellte Fragen zu elektronischen Zertifikaten finden Sie in der Rubrik \u201cFAQs zu elektronischen Zertifikaten\u201d im Online-Servicebereich.<\/li>\n<li>W\u00e4hrend der Testphase werden die elektronische und die gedruckte Registrierungsbescheinigung parallel ausgestellt. Sobald eine gedruckte Registrierungsbescheinigung f\u00fcr Spezialkosmetika und neue Kosmetikrohstoffe ausgestellt wird, wird die elektronische Bescheinigung automatisch an das Online-Konto des gesetzlichen Vertreters des Registranten (inl\u00e4ndischer Verantwortlicher) gesendet. Der Registrant (inl\u00e4ndischer Verantwortlicher) muss sich zun\u00e4chst im Online-Servicebereich der Staatlichen Lebensmittel- und Arzneimittelbeh\u00f6rde registrieren und authentifizieren, dort den Bereich \u201cMeine Lizenzen\u201d aufrufen und die elektronische Registrierungsbescheinigung einsehen und herunterladen.
