Januar 2022 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.federalregister.gov\/agencies\/environmental-protection-agency\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">EPA<\/a> hat eine endg\u00fcltige Verordnung ver\u00f6ffentlicht, die eine Ausnahme von der Toleranzanforderung f\u00fcr R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde von Essigs\u00e4ureethenylester, Polymer mit Ethen, N-(Hydroxymethyl)-2-propenamid und 2-Propenamid (AM-E-NMA-VA) bei Verwendung als inerter Bestandteil einer chemischen Pestizidformulierung festlegt. Celanese Corporation Ltd. reichte bei der EPA gem\u00e4\u00df dem Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act (FFDCA) einen Antrag auf Ausnahme von der Toleranzanforderung ein. Diese Verordnung macht die Festlegung eines maximal zul\u00e4ssigen Gehalts f\u00fcr R\u00fcckst\u00e4nde von Essigs\u00e4ureethenylester, Polymer mit Ethen, N-(Hydroxymethyl)-2-propenamid und 2-Propenamid (AM-E-NMA-VA) in Lebens- und Futtermitteln \u00fcberfl\u00fcssig.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kontext:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Gem\u00e4\u00df Abschnitt 408(c)(2)(A)(i) des FFDCA darf die EPA eine Ausnahme von der Toleranzanforderung (dem gesetzlichen Grenzwert f\u00fcr Pestizidr\u00fcckst\u00e4nde in oder auf Lebensmitteln) nur dann zulassen, wenn die EPA die Ausnahme als \u201esicher\u201c einstuft. Gem\u00e4\u00df Abschnitt 408(c)(2)(A)(ii) des FFDCA bedeutet \u201esicher\u201c, dass \u201ehinreichende Sicherheit besteht, dass aus der Gesamtexposition gegen\u00fcber den Pestizidr\u00fcckst\u00e4nden kein Schaden entsteht, einschlie\u00dflich aller erwarteten Expositionen \u00fcber die Nahrung und aller anderen Expositionen, zu denen zuverl\u00e4ssige Informationen vorliegen\u201c. Dies schlie\u00dft die Exposition \u00fcber Trinkwasser und die Verwendung in Wohnumgebungen ein, nicht jedoch die Exposition am Arbeitsplatz.
