Dezember 2021 im Amtsblatt ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Sie treten am 30. Dezember 2022 in Kraft.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.moh.gov.sg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Das Gesundheitsministerium<\/a> (MOH) gab am 10. Oktober 2019 die Entscheidung zur Einf\u00fchrung von Kennzeichnungsvorschriften und Werbeverboten bekannt, nachdem es das Feedback der \u00d6ffentlichkeit, der Industrie und von Experten sorgf\u00e4ltig gepr\u00fcft und vorhandene Beweise aus dem Ausland und dem Inland \u00fcberpr\u00fcft hatte.<\/p>\n<p>Ziel der \u00c4nderungsverordnung ist es, (a) den Verbrauchern dabei zu helfen, Getr\u00e4nke mit einem h\u00f6heren Zucker- und ges\u00e4ttigten Fettgehalt zu erkennen und eine fundiertere und ges\u00fcndere Wahl zu treffen, (b) den Einfluss der Werbung auf die Vorlieben der Verbraucher zu verringern und (c) eine Neuformulierung der Industrie anzuregen.<\/p>\n<p>Zu den Nutri-Grade-Getr\u00e4nken z\u00e4hlen unter anderem Erfrischungsgetr\u00e4nke, S\u00e4fte und Saftgetr\u00e4nke, Milch und Milchgetr\u00e4nke, Sauermilch-\/Joghurtgetr\u00e4nke sowie 3-in-1- oder 2-in-1-Instantgetr\u00e4nkepulver.<\/p>\n<p>Die \u00c4nderungsverordnungen sind wie folgt zusammengefasst.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Nutri-Grade-Getr\u00e4nke werden gem\u00e4\u00df dem Nutri-Grade-Bewertungssystem mit \u201eA\u201c, \u201eB\u201c, \u201eC\u201c oder \u201eD\u201c bewertet;<\/li>\n<li>Nutri-Grade-Getr\u00e4nke m\u00fcssen eine N\u00e4hrwertinformationstafel (NIP) in der im Zw\u00f6lften Anhang der Lebensmittelverordnung festgelegten Form tragen, die den Energiewert, die Mengen an Protein, Kohlenhydraten, Fett, Gesamtzucker und ges\u00e4ttigtem Fett in den Nutri-Grade-Getr\u00e4nken angibt;<\/li>\n<li>Nutri-Grade-Getr\u00e4nke der Klassen \u201eC\u201c oder \u201eD\u201c m\u00fcssen auf der Vorderseite der Verpackung mit einem Nutri-Grade-Zeichen gekennzeichnet sein. Werden Nutri-Grade-Getr\u00e4nke im Online-Handel, an einem Automaten (vorverpackt) oder an einem Getr\u00e4nkeautomaten verkauft, muss das Bild des Nutri-Grade-Zeichens gem\u00e4\u00df Verordnung 184E, wie durch die \u00c4nderungsverordnung eingef\u00fchrt, angezeigt werden.<\/li>\n<li>Werbung f\u00fcr Nutri-Grade-Getr\u00e4nke der Klasse \u201eD\u201c ist verboten, au\u00dfer unter bestimmten, in der durch die \u00c4nderungsverordnung eingef\u00fchrten Verordnung 184F(2) aufgef\u00fchrten Umst\u00e4nden.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Die \u00c4nderungsverordnung tritt am 30. Dezember 2022 in Kraft, also zw\u00f6lf Monate nach ihrer Ver\u00f6ffentlichung im Amtsblatt. Dies gibt der Branche zus\u00e4tzliche Zeit, die \u00c4nderungsverordnung umzusetzen und ihre Produkte neu zu formulieren, um die Auswahl und Vielfalt ges\u00fcnderer Alternativen f\u00fcr die Singapurer zu erweitern.<\/p>\n<p>Ab dem 30.
