Januar <a href=\"https:\/\/www.samr.gov.cn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chinesische Staatliche Verwaltung f\u00fcr Marktregulierung<\/a> gab die Ank\u00fcndigung heraus, feste Getr\u00e4nkeprodukte weiter zu regulieren.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Hintergrund:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In den Jahren 2019 und 2020 gab es in China mehrere F\u00e4lle, in denen feste Getr\u00e4nke als spezielle medizinische Nahrung f\u00fcr Babys verwendet wurden. Der nationale Lebensmittelsicherheitsstandard f\u00fcr feste Getr\u00e4nke ist sehr allgemein gehalten. Die Unternehmen halten sich an diesen Standard, wenn es noch keine Standards gibt, was in der Branche f\u00fcr Verwirrung sorgt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Bekanntmachung enth\u00e4lt Anforderungen aus verschiedenen Perspektiven, darunter<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Produktionskapazit\u00e4t, Testkapazit\u00e4t zur Gew\u00e4hrleistung der Lebensmittelqualit\u00e4t und -sicherheit;<\/li>\n<li>Die Kennzeichnung, wie der Name des Getr\u00e4nks, darf nicht mit dem Namen des registrierten Spezialnahrungsmittels (Reformnahrung, FSMP, S\u00e4uglingsanfangsnahrung) identisch sein. Bei festen Getr\u00e4nken auf pflanzlicher Basis, festen Proteingetr\u00e4nken, festen Aromagetr\u00e4nken und festen Getr\u00e4nken auf probiotischer Basis muss angegeben werden, dass \u201edas Produkt FSMP, S\u00e4uglingsanfangsnahrung nicht ersetzen kann\u201c. Das Etikett darf keine Behauptungen enthalten, die auf eine bestimmte Gruppe abzielen, z. B.
