Dies bedeutet, dass Lebensmittel, die vor dem 7. Februar 2022 hergestellt wurden, bis zum 7. August 2022 weiterhin in Verkehr gebracht werden d\u00fcrfen. Nach diesem Datum d\u00fcrfen sie bis zu ihrem Mindesthaltbarkeitsdatum (Verbrauchsdatum) auf dem Markt bleiben.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Reaktion der Industrie<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Viele Lebensmittelunternehmen liefern sich derzeit einen Wettlauf um die Neuformulierung, und gro\u00dfe Teile der EU-Lebensmittelindustrie \u00e4u\u00dfern Bedenken hinsichtlich der Risikobewertung des Lebensmittelzusatzstoffs, da dieser in Lebensmitteln offenbar strenger reguliert ist als in Medikamenten, was nahezu beispiellos ist.
