Februar 2022 <a href=\"http:\/\/english.nmpa.gov.cn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Chinesische Nationale Medizinproduktebeh\u00f6rde (NMPA)<\/a> hat die \u201eMa\u00dfnahmen zur \u00dcberwachung unerw\u00fcnschter Nebenwirkungen von Kosmetika\u201c erlassen. Sie treten am 1. Oktober 2022 in Kraft.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Die Ma\u00dfnahmen definieren drei Arten von Nebenwirkungen, basierend auf den durch die kosmetischen Mittel verursachten Sch\u00e4den. Dazu geh\u00f6ren:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Eine normale Nebenwirkung ist eine Reaktion auf Kosmetika, die neben systemischen oder teilweisen Sch\u00e4den am K\u00f6rper auch Verletzungen der Haut oder Nebenorgane mit sich bringt.<\/li>\n<li>Unter schwerwiegenden kosmetischen Nebenwirkungen versteht man Reaktionen, die eine der folgenden Sch\u00e4den umfassen:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Verursacht vor\u00fcbergehenden oder dauerhaften Funktionsverlust, wie z. B. anhaltende Nichtheilung von Hautl\u00e4sionen, Narbenbildung, dauerhaften Haarausfall, offensichtliche Ver\u00e4nderungen der Sch\u00e4den usw.;<\/li>\n<li>Verursacht systemische Sch\u00e4den am menschlichen K\u00f6rper, wie z.
