Februar 2022 <a href=\"https:\/\/ec.europa.eu\/info\/index_en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission<\/a> hat der Welthandelsorganisation (WTO) einen \u00c4nderungsentwurf zur Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1223\/2009 \u00fcber kosmetische Mittel notifiziert.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Der \u00c4nderungsentwurf sieht eine \u00dcberarbeitung von Anhang II der Kosmetikverordnung \u201eListe der in kosmetischen Mitteln verbotenen Stoffe\u201c vor, um das Verbot von zw\u00f6lf Nanomaterialien, f\u00fcr die Anlass zur Besorgnis besteht, im Binnenmarkt einheitlich umzusetzen. Diese zw\u00f6lf Inhaltsstoffe in Nanoform sind:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Styrol\/Acrylat-Copolymer<\/li>\n<li>Natriumstyrol\/Acrylat-Copolymer<\/li>\n<li>Kupfer<\/li>\n<li>Kolloidales Kupfer<\/li>\n<li>Hydroxylapatit<\/li>\n<li>Gold<\/li>\n<li>Kolloidales Gold<\/li>\n<li>Gold Thioethylamino Hyalurons\u00e4ure<\/li>\n<li>Acetylheptapeptid-9 Kolloidales Gold<\/li>\n<li>Platin<\/li>\n<li>Kolloidales Platin<\/li>\n<li>Acetyltetrapeptid-17 kolloidales Platin<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Die Frist f\u00fcr Stellungnahmen betr\u00e4gt 60 Tage nach Bekanntgabe. Der vorgeschlagene Termin f\u00fcr die Annahme ist das dritte Quartal 2022.
