April 2022 wird die <a href=\"https:\/\/www.food.gov.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">FSA<\/a> hat einen letzten Aufruf zur Vorlage von Beweisen herausgegeben, die Produkte mit Anwendungen auf der \u00f6ffentlichen Liste in Verbindung bringen.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Die \u00f6ffentliche CBD-Liste (Cannabidiol) zeigt, f\u00fcr welche Produkte ein glaubw\u00fcrdiger Antrag auf Zulassung als neuartiges Lebensmittel bei der FSA vorliegt. CBD-Unternehmen haben bis zum 26. Mai 2022 Zeit, den Nachweis vorzulegen, dass ihre Produkte mit einem glaubw\u00fcrdigen Antrag verbunden sind und vor Februar 2020 auf dem Markt waren.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Derzeit k\u00f6nnen nur CBD-Lebensmittelprodukte zur \u00f6ffentlichen Liste hinzugef\u00fcgt werden, die die folgenden Kriterien erf\u00fcllen:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>wenn sie zum Zeitpunkt der Ank\u00fcndigung zu CBD am 13. Februar 2020 auf dem Markt waren,<\/li>\n<li>wenn die FSA bis zum 31. M\u00e4rz 2021 einen Zulassungsantrag f\u00fcr die Produkte erhalten hat,<\/li>\n<li>wenn die FSA den Antrag validiert hat oder zugestimmt hat, dass er ausreichend weit in Richtung Validierung fortgeschritten ist.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Die FSA nimmt weiterhin Antr\u00e4ge f\u00fcr neuartige CBD-Lebensmittel entgegen. Produkte, die mit diesen Antr\u00e4gen in Zusammenhang stehen, sollten jedoch erst nach Abschluss des Verfahrens und der Genehmigung zum Verkauf angeboten werden. Derzeit sind in Gro\u00dfbritannien keine CBD-Produkte f\u00fcr den Verkauf zugelassen.
