Am 11. Mai 2022 GSO<\/a> hat einen aktualisierten Normentwurf f\u00fcr Quinoa herausgegeben. Sobald dieser Standard genehmigt ist, ersetzt er den Standard Nr. (GSO 2574:2021).<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Diese technische Vorschrift gilt f\u00fcr verarbeitete und essbare Quinoak\u00f6rner und nicht f\u00fcr Quinoa, das als Saatgut f\u00fcr den Anbau verwendet wird, und f\u00fcr aus Quinoa gewonnene Produkte (wie Mehl und Getreideflocken).<\/div>\n

Der Standard legt die wesentlichen Zusammensetzungs- und Qualit\u00e4tsfaktoren von Quinoa, die Lebensmittelsicherheit (Verunreinigungen) sowie die Kennzeichnungs- und Verpackungsanforderungen fest.<\/div>\n
