Am 12. Mai 2022 das Ministerium f\u00fcr Landwirtschaft, Forsten und Fischerei (MAFF)<\/a> einen JAS-Entwurf (Japan Agricultural Standard) f\u00fcr \u201eF\u00fcr Vegetarier oder Veganer geeignete verarbeitete Lebensmittel\u201c angek\u00fcndigt.<\/div>\n

Der JAS-Entwurf umfasst drei Kategorien vegetarischer Lebensmittel und eine Kategorie veganer Lebensmittel, wie unten aufgef\u00fchrt.<\/div>\n

  1. Vegan \u2013 Lebensmittel, die keine tierischen Inhaltsstoffe enthalten.<\/li>\n
  2. Lacto-Vegetarier \u2013 Lebensmittel, die keine tierischen Inhaltsstoffe enthalten, au\u00dfer Milchprodukten, Honig und Lanolin.<\/li>\n
  3. Ovo-Vegetarisch \u2013 Lebensmittel, die au\u00dfer Eiern, Honig und Lanolin keine Zutaten tierischen Ursprungs enthalten.<\/li>\n
  4. Lacto-Ovo-Vegetarier \u2013 Lebensmittel, die keine tierischen Inhaltsstoffe enthalten, mit Ausnahme von Milchprodukten, Eiern, Honig und Lanolin.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
