Die SgFS dient als zentrale, umfassende Ressource f\u00fcr wichtige Statistiken zum Agrar- und Lebensmittelsektor in Singapur.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Wichtige Highlights von 2019 bis 2021 f\u00fcr Lebensmittel- und Getr\u00e4nkehersteller:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Kapitel 3: Einf\u00fchrung eines risikobasierten Ansatzes: Lebensmittelsicherheit in Singapur<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Im Jahr 2021 wurden insgesamt 16.630 Einfuhrlizenzen und ca. 1,067 Millionen Einfuhrgenehmigungen erteilt \u2013 ein Anstieg um 1,91 TP18T bzw. 81 TP18T gegen\u00fcber 2020<\/li>\n<li>102 Verwarnungen im Jahr 2021, 59 Bu\u00dfgelder und 7 Gerichtsverfahren<\/li>\n<li>Seit Juli 2019 verfolgt die SFA einen risikobasierten Ansatz bei der Kontrolle von Lebensmittelimporten. Sendungen werden auf Krankheitserreger, Chemikalien, Schadstoffe und Arzneimittelr\u00fcckst\u00e4nde getestet. Bei verarbeiteten Lebensmitteln liegt die Anzahl der gesammelten Proben durchschnittlich zwischen 700 und \u00fcber 800 pro Quartal. Bei Fleisch und Fleischprodukten sowie frischem Obst und Gem\u00fcse fielen die Kontrollen h\u00e4ufiger an.<\/li>\n<li>Die Nichteinhaltung der SFA-Inspektionsstandards durch Lebensmitteleinzelhandelsbetriebe blieb zwischen 2019 und 2021 mit durchschnittlich 31 TP18T gering.
