Die \u00dcbergangsfrist ist abgelaufen und alle an Verbraucher gerichteten Anzeigen m\u00fcssen ab dem 1. Juli 2022 der neuesten Version des TGAC entsprechen.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>Um Unternehmen und Verlage bei der Einhaltung der Vorschriften zu unterst\u00fctzen, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.tga.gov.au\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TGA<\/a> hat Leitf\u00e4den zu folgenden Themen aktualisiert und ver\u00f6ffentlicht:<\/div>\n<ul>\n<li>Teil 4 \u2013 Pflichtangaben und weitere erforderliche Informationen<\/li>\n<li>Teil 5 \u2013 Zus\u00e4tzliche Anforderungen an die Werbung f\u00fcr bestimmte Heilmittel<\/li>\n<li>Teil 6 \u2013 Erfahrungsberichte und Empfehlungen<\/li>\n<li>Teil 7 \u2013 Beispiele und Anreize<\/li>\n<li>Teil 8 \u2013 Eingeschr\u00e4nkte Darstellungen<\/li>\n<li>Teil 9 \u2013 Preisinformationen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div>Die zus\u00e4tzlichen Informationen werden als Word- und PDF-Dokumente \u00fcber Links auf der Landingpage (siehe oben) bereitgestellt. Die Leitlinien f\u00fcr weitere Teile des TGAC werden in K\u00fcrze aktualisiert.
