Am 26. August 2022 ANMAT<\/a> hat die Verordnung 6924\/2022 ver\u00f6ffentlicht, die die spezifischen Regeln f\u00fcr die Werbung f\u00fcr Lebensmittel vorsieht, die mindestens ein (1) Siegel in Bezug auf die FOP-Kennzeichnung enthalten, die durch das Gesetz Nr. 27642 genehmigt und durch das Dekret Nr. 151\/2022 geregelt wurde.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Diese Regeln gelten f\u00fcr s\u00e4mtliche an die \u00d6ffentlichkeit gerichtete und in traditionellen und digitalen Massenmedien ausgestrahlte Werbung, Verkaufsf\u00f6rderung und\/oder Sponsoring von verpackten Lebensmitteln und alkoholfreien Getr\u00e4nken, die mindestens ein (1) Warnsiegel enthalten (darunter auch Warnhinweise zu S\u00fc\u00dfstoffen und\/oder Koffein), unabh\u00e4ngig davon, ob sie inl\u00e4ndisch oder importiert sind.<\/div>\n
