Der Text schl\u00e4gt Folgendes vor:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Zur Warnung vor \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfigem Zucker-, Natrium-, ges\u00e4ttigten Fett-, Gesamtfett- und Kaloriengehalt.<\/li>\n<li>Schwarze achteckige Warnstempel mit wei\u00dfem Rand und wei\u00dfer Schrift.<\/li>\n<li>Warnhinweis \u201e\u00dcBERSCHUSS AN \u2026\u201c f\u00fcr die oben genannten N\u00e4hrstoffe.<\/li>\n<li>Warnhinweis \u201eENTH\u00c4LT S\u00dcSSSTOFFE, NICHT F\u00dcR KINDER EMPFOHLEN\u201c.<\/li>\n<li>Warnhinweis \u201eENTH\u00c4LT KOFFEIN. F\u00dcR KINDER VERMEIDEN\u201c.<\/li>\n<li>Obwohl N\u00e4hrwertprofile erw\u00e4hnt werden, sind diese in der Verordnung nicht spezifiziert. Daher k\u00f6nnte bei der Diskussion des Projekts erwogen werden, die der PAHO einzubeziehen oder die Entwicklung nationaler N\u00e4hrwertprofile dem Gesundheitsministerium zu \u00fcberlassen.<\/li>\n<li>Einschr\u00e4nkungen bei der Verwendung von Werbeaussagen auf Produkten, auf deren Vorderseite einer der Warnhinweise abgebildet ist.<\/li>\n<li>Marketingbeschr\u00e4nkungen bei der Kennzeichnung (Verwendung von Zeichen, Bildern usw.).<\/li>\n<li>Werbebeschr\u00e4nkungen.<\/li>\n<li>Ausgenommen sind bislang gew\u00f6hnlicher Zucker, Pflanzen\u00f6le, N\u00fcsse und gew\u00f6hnliches Speisesalz. Nahrungserg\u00e4nzungsmittel oder Lebensmittel f\u00fcr spezielle Ern\u00e4hrungsweisen werden nicht erw\u00e4hnt.
