Es f\u00fchrt \u00c4nderungen an Artikel 4 des Gesetzes \u00fcber gesunde Ern\u00e4hrung (Nr. 19.140) ein, die die Werbung f\u00fcr Lebensmittel und Getr\u00e4nke, die nicht auf der vom MSP erstellten Liste stehen, in Bildungseinrichtungen verbieten. Mit dieser \u00c4nderung wird neben der Werbung auch der Verkauf dieser Produkte verboten.<\/p>\n<p>Artikel 292.- Artikel 4 des Gesetzes Nr. 19.140 vom 11. Oktober 2013 wird durch folgenden Artikel ersetzt:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u201eArtikel 4. \u2013 Der Verkauf, die Werbung, die Verkaufsf\u00f6rderung oder das Sponsoring von Lebensmittel- und Getr\u00e4nkegruppen, die nicht in der in Artikel 3 dieses Gesetzes genannten Liste aufgef\u00fchrt sind, in Bildungseinrichtungen ist verboten.\u201c<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Dieser Artikel tritt am 1.
