Dezember 2022 wurde die Steuerreform in Kolumbien ver\u00f6ffentlicht. Dieses Mal umfasst die Reform folgende Steuern:<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>F\u00fcr zuckerhaltige Getr\u00e4nke<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Zwischen 2023 und 2024 wird kein Getr\u00e4nk mit weniger als sechs Gramm Zucker pro 100 Milliliter \u00fcberhaupt besteuert. Liegt der Zuckergehalt zwischen sechs und zehn Gramm, betr\u00e4gt die Steuer 18 kolumbianische Pesos, \u00fcber zehn Gramm betr\u00e4gt sie 35 kolumbianische Pesos.<\/li>\n<li>Im Jahr 2025 werden Getr\u00e4nke mit 5 bis 9 Gramm Zucker 38 Pesos kosten, und solche mit 9 Gramm oder mehr werden 65 Pesos kosten.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>F\u00fcr hochverarbeitete Lebensmittel, zu denen Wurst, Snacks, S\u00fc\u00dfwaren und Pulver f\u00fcr Zubereitungen (einschlie\u00dflich Backmischungen) geh\u00f6ren:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li>Im Jahr 2023 \u2013 10%<\/li>\n<li>Im Jahr 2024 \u2013 15%<\/li>\n<li>Im Jahr 2025 \u2013 20%<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Es ist zu beachten, dass der urspr\u00fcngliche Vorschlag darin bestand, einen pauschalen Wertsteuersatz (10 %, 15 % oder 20 %) auf die gesamte Kategorie von Getr\u00e4nken zu erheben, die S\u00fc\u00dfstoffe enthalten, ob nat\u00fcrlich oder k\u00fcnstlich, kalorienhaltig oder kalorienfrei, ausgenommen Flaschenwasser.
