Die Larven des Mehlk\u00e4fers (Alphitobius diaperinus) k\u00f6nnen in der EU ab dem 26. Januar 2023 in gefrorener, past\u00f6ser, getrockneter und Pulverform als neues Lebensmittel vermarktet werden.<\/div>\n
\u00a0<\/div>\n
Es handelt sich um die Folge einer Verordnung, die von der Europ\u00e4ische Kommission<\/a> und von den Mitgliedstaaten genehmigt, ver\u00f6ffentlicht am 5. Januar 2023. Mit den Larven des Mehlwurms haben die Insekten und ihre Derivate nach den Larven des Mehlwurms, Heuschrecken und Grillen gr\u00fcnes Licht als neue Lebensmittel von der Europ\u00e4ischen Union erhalten.<\/div>\n
