Insektenprodukte gelten als alternative Proteinquelle zu Fleisch oder Fisch. Sie d\u00fcrfen Brot, Nudeln oder Chips zugesetzt werden, allerdings nicht ohne entsprechende Kennzeichnung.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Insekten werden in Deutschland in den unterschiedlichsten Formen angeboten: als Snack, im Ganzen, etwa als frittierte, gew\u00fcrzte Wanderheuschrecken, in Schokolade oder Honig, gemahlen als Insektenmehl sowie als Proteinriegel und Pulver f\u00fcr Sportler.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"css-xdofzv\">\n<div id=\"alert__details__read__summary\" class=\"css-25930v\">\n<p>In der Europ\u00e4ischen Union sind bisher vier Insekten als Lebensmittel zugelassen:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Juni 2021: Der Gelbe Mehlwurm (Tenebrio Molitor), getrocknet im Larvenstadium.<\/li>\n<li>November 2021: Die Wanderheuschrecke (Locusta Migratoria), gefroren, getrocknet und in Pulverform.<\/li>\n<li>Februar 2022\/ Januar 2023: Heimchen (Acheta domesticus), gefroren, getrocknet, pulverf\u00f6rmig\/ teilentfettetes Pulver.<\/li>\n<li>Januar 2023: Der Getreideschimmelk\u00e4fer (Alphitobius Diaperinus), gefroren, past\u00f6s, getrocknet, pulverisiert.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"ewa-rteLine\">Essbare Insekten sind eines der hei\u00dfesten Themen auf dem EU-Lebensmittelmarkt.
