Die EU hat gem\u00e4\u00df dem DURCHF\u00dcHRUNGSBESCHLUSS (EU) 2023\/415 DER KOMMISSION \u00c4nderungen zur Zulassung des Inverkehrbringens von Produkten ver\u00f6ffentlicht, die gentechnisch ver\u00e4nderte Sojabohnen der Sorte A5547-127 (ACS-GM\u00d8\u00d86-4) enthalten, aus ihnen bestehen oder aus ihnen hergestellt werden. Dieser Beschluss wurde am 22. Februar 2023 ver\u00f6ffentlicht.<\/div>\n
<\/div>\n
Die Zulassung f\u00fcr das Inverkehrbringen der folgenden Produkte wird gem\u00e4\u00df den in dieser Entscheidung festgelegten Bedingungen erneuert:<\/div>\n
    \n
  1. Lebensmittel und Lebensmittelzutaten, die gentechnisch ver\u00e4nderte Sojabohnen der Sorte ACS-GM\u00d8\u00d86-4 enthalten, daraus bestehen oder daraus hergestellt werden;<\/li>\n
  2. Futtermittel, die gentechnisch ver\u00e4nderte Sojabohnen ACS-GM\u00d8\u00d86-4 enthalten, daraus bestehen oder daraus hergestellt werden;<\/li>\n
  3. Erzeugnisse, die genetisch ver\u00e4nderte Sojabohnen der Sorte ACS-GM\u00d8\u00d86-4 enthalten oder aus ihnen bestehen, f\u00fcr andere als die unter den Nummern 1 und 2 genannten Verwendungszwecke, au\u00dfer zum Anbau.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
