Weitere Versch\u00e4rfungen bei Kunststoffverpackungen, insbesondere bei ultraleichten T\u00fcten, mit Reduktionszielen auf EU-Ebene, Verbot von PFAS in Lebensmittelverpackungen, Abschaffung der Wiederverwendungsziele f\u00fcr Speisen und Getr\u00e4nke zum Mitnehmen mit Ausnahmeregelung f\u00fcr alle Kleinstunternehmen auf EU-Ebene. Dies sind die Priorit\u00e4ten der Berichterstatterin des Europ\u00e4ischen Parlaments zur Verordnung zur Verpackungsreduzierung, Frederique Ries.<\/div>\n

Der Bericht wurde dem Umweltausschuss vorgelegt. Ries schl\u00e4gt au\u00dferdem vor, dass Online-Dienstleister an die gleichen Pflichten zur Abfallentsorgung gebunden werden sollten wie Hersteller.<\/div>\n

F\u00fcr den Europaabgeordneten soll die Verordnung zudem ein Ziel f\u00fcr die getrennte Sammlung von 90% f\u00fcr 2029 f\u00fcr alle vom Gesetzesvorschlag erfassten Verpackungsarten enthalten und nicht mehr nur f\u00fcr Plastikgetr\u00e4nkeflaschen im Rahmen der Einwegkunststoffrichtlinie. Laut vorl\u00e4ufigem Zeitplan ist die Abstimmung im Ausschuss f\u00fcr September vorgesehen, das Europ\u00e4ische Parlament wird voraussichtlich im Oktober im Plenum \u00fcber seine Verhandlungsposition abstimmen.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
