Die US-amerikanische Food and Drug Administration (FDA)<\/a> verl\u00e4ngert die Kommentierungsfrist f\u00fcr den Leitlinienentwurf f\u00fcr die Industrie mit dem Titel \u201eFragen und Antworten zu Ern\u00e4hrungsrichtlinien bei der Lebensmittelkennzeichnung\u201c, der am 27. M\u00e4rz 2023 im Federal Register erschien. Die neue Frist f\u00fcr Kommentare ist der 25. September 2023.<\/div>\n

Die FDA verl\u00e4ngert die Kommentierungsfrist um 90 Tage. Dies ist eine Reaktion auf zahlreiche Anfragen von Interessengruppen, um interessierten Personen mehr Zeit f\u00fcr die Erstellung und Einreichung von Kommentaren zu geben. Kommentare sind an Regulations.gov zu senden und mit der Aktennummer FDA-2023-D-1027 zu kennzeichnen.<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
